TERMS

Terms of Use

How to use Mindful Digest, share its editorial material, and understand the limits of this publication.

Last updated: September 5, 2026

What these terms cover

Mindful Digest is a free editorial resource about copywriting, research, persuasion, and the decisions that connect them. These terms explain acceptable use of the public website and the permissions offered for sharing its material. You do not need an account to read the available lessons.

The Editorial Disclaimer explains how to interpret sources, examples, and illustrations. The Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice explain information handling and browser storage.

Use the site responsibly

You are welcome to read, learn, discuss, and link to the publication. When using it:

  • Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property, and lawful access to the site.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security checks, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or deliberately overload the service with automated requests.
  • Do not use signup or contact channels to send spam, impersonate someone, or submit an email address without the person’s permission.
  • Do not present a quotation, illustration, or link as a personal endorsement, partnership, or statement by Mindful Digest when no such statement has been made.

Linking, quoting, and using ideas

You may link to any public page and apply the ideas you learn to your own thinking and work. Where Mindful Digest holds the necessary rights, you may also quote short passages for discussion, teaching, or commentary with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Include the author’s name when one is identified, and keep the quotation’s meaning and relevant qualifications intact.

This permission does not extend to republishing a complete lesson, distributing a substantial collection of our writing, or presenting our wording as your own. For a broader reproduction, translation, or adaptation, contact us with the material and use you have in mind. Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by applicable copyright exceptions or other law.

Third-party material and image credits

A cited book, research paper, campaign, quotation, or other third-party work may have its own rights holder and reuse conditions. Our permission covers only rights we can grant. Attribution to a source does not, by itself, give you permission to reproduce that source’s material elsewhere.

The site currently includes no AI-generated editorial illustrations. If one is added, read its caption and credit before reuse. Do not remove that context or represent an illustration as a photograph of real research, interviews, or the publication’s founder. A credit identifies the material; it is not a blanket license for every possible use.

Newsletter signup

The newsletter form lets you request future Mindful Digest updates using an email address you are authorized to submit. Signup is optional and is not a condition of reading the site. A successful submission means the request was accepted; it does not promise an immediate message, a fixed publishing schedule, or delivery to every inbox. The current signup service records requests; it does not itself send an email.

Security checks or service interruptions can prevent a request from completing. If the form reports an error, do not assume you have joined the list. You can ask to stop receiving updates or have a signup record removed by contacting privacy@tryoniriva.com. See the Privacy Notice for details about signup information.

Educational use and your decisions

Reading a lesson, using a framework, or joining the newsletter does not create a client or advisory relationship. The material is general education, not an assessment of your particular business, audience, campaign, or legal obligations. Check the underlying evidence and seek appropriate professional advice when a decision requires it.

We cannot guarantee that every explanation is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your situation. The Editorial Disclaimer describes these limits and how to evaluate the material before applying it.

External websites and availability

Links provide a way to inspect sources or explore related material. External websites control their own content, availability, access charges, and privacy practices. A reference does not require you to buy anything or imply that the source endorses Mindful Digest.

Lessons, references, and site features may be corrected, reorganized, paused, or removed as the publication develops. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of a particular page. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Corrections, permissions, and other questions

Contact privacy@tryoniriva.com with the relevant page URL and a short explanation of your question. For a correction, identify the passage and any supporting source. For reuse permission, describe what you want to reproduce, where it will appear, and how it will be credited.

If you believe material infringes your rights, identify the work and the page concerned so the issue can be reviewed. Sending a question or correction does not give the publication permission to publish your private correspondence as a testimonial.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the publication or its features change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Review the current page when planning a new use of the material, and contact us if a change is unclear. These terms do not take away rights or remedies that apply to you under applicable law.
